Since the notion of decentralized networks (as opposed to centralized platforms) was lively discussed during the first #platformcoop-Meeting in March, we are happy to revisit this debate and challenge the platform concept. The latest developments within the DAO-community (the first Decentralized Autonomous Organization on the Ethereum blockchain) provide an excellent showcase for discussing control, ownership, distribution and group values.
